Zeiss LSM 900 confocal microscope

Description: The Zeiss LSM 900 is a high-performance confocal laser scanning microscope designed for precise and efficient imaging of biological and material samples. It features advanced optics for super-resolution imaging, and highly sensitive detectors that deliver exceptional image quality with low phototoxicity. Compact and user-friendly, it supports 3D imaging, multi-channel fluorescence, and live-cell imaging, making it ideal for diverse applications in life sciences and materials research.

Specifications:

Temperature Range: Optimal temperature = 22oC. Reduced performance = 15oC to 30oC

Operating plates: microscopy slides, 96 well plates, 24 well plates

Warm up time: 1h; ≥ 2h for high-precision and/or long term measurments

Material: Cell or material samples on <0.17mm plates/coverglasses

Objective lenses:

Cell incubation: CO2 module S & TempModule S with Heatin insert MXX 2000EC for 96; 24 and 6- well plates

Temperature Modes: 30oC over ambient

Laser specifications:

  • Laser line 405nm, 5mW, laser class 3B
