Spectrophotometer (plate reader) Multiskan FC Thermofisher

Description

The Multiskan FC is a high-quality filter-based microplate photometer. It is used to measure absorbance from appropriate 96 or 384-well plate formats in the wavelength range of 340 to 850 nm. The instrument allows incubation of samples up to 50°C and shaking of plate. The instrument can be controlled as standalone by internal software or by PC using SkanIt Software. The Multiskan FC can be used in a variety of applications, including cellular, nucleic acid and protein analysis, any ELISA assays such as cytotoxicity and cell proliferation assays as well as apoptosis assays etc.
